The Ugly Duckling 《丑小鸭》
Once upon a time, there was a mother duck who hatched a clutch of eggs. When the eggs cracked open, all the ducklings were cute and fluffy except for one. This duckling was big, gray, and awkward-looking.
很久很久以前，有一只母鸭孵化了一窝鸭蛋。当鸭蛋破裂时，所有的小鸭子都是可爱而毛茸茸的，只有一只不同。这只小鸭子又大、又灰，看起来笨拙。
Because he looked different, the other ducklings teased and bullied him. Feeling lonely and rejected, the ugly duckling ran away from the farm in search of a place where he could belong.

He traveled far and wide, facing many challenges and hardships along the way. He endured harsh weather, escaped from predators, and struggled to find food and shelter.

One day, as winter approached, the ugly duckling stumbled upon a serene pond where a flock of graceful swans lived. To his surprise, the other swans welcomed him with open wings and accepted him as one of their own.

To his amazement, the ugly duckling saw his reflection in the water and realized that he had transformed into a beautiful swan. He had never been an ugly duckling—he was a swan all along.
