集成nacos+sentinel

大致步骤如下

1. 启动Nacos8848成功

2.编写微服务

3.启动Sentinel8080

4. 启动微服务

5.启动8401微服务查看sentinel控制台

编写微服务

SpringBoot项目启动入口

编写完成后，必须得先访问一下接口，再去sentinel控制台中才能看到监控的微服务（因为sentinel采用的是懒加载）。
