I bought these for my mom who takes certain prescription drugs for pain that cause pretty bad constipation. Within a few days she was telling me how much they helped her. To my surprise, a couple months later when she ran out she asked me to order more. I also take them, and definitely noticed better digestion shortly after starting these. I had been out of probiotics for a couple of months, and was noticing the benefits very shortly.

All the strains you need in one easy pill. I put these in my son's drinks and the capsules come apart easily for that purpose. I refrigerate them, too, and unlike some other brands the powder inside does not clump together or harden upon refrigeration. I can use one of these instead of two or three of the other brands. Helps with regularity and overall digestive comfort.
