Every Mountain Has a Peak
山必有峰
Every living person has problems. A problem-free life is an illusion（幻想）, a mirage（海市蜃楼） in the desert. Accept that fact.
每个活着的人都会遇到困难，没有困难的人生是不存在的，就像海市蜃楼。接受这个事实吧。
Every mountain has a peak. Every valley has its low point. Life has its ups and downs, its peaks and its valleys.
每座山都有顶峰，每个山谷都有低地，就像顶峰和低谷，生活也是跌宕起伏的。
No one is up all the time, nor are they down all the time. Problems do end. They are all resolved in time.
没人能一直顺风顺水，也没人会一直坎坎坷坷。困难终有结束的那天，迟早能解决掉。
You may not be able to control the times, but you can compose（组成） your response. You may not have chosen your tough time, but you can choose how you will react to it.
你可能无法控制时局，但可以选择你的回应。你可能无法躲避困难，但可以选择你的应对方式。
The positive solution to a problem may require courage to initiate（开始实施） it.
积极解决困难需要勇气。
When you control your reaction to the seemingly uncontrollable problem of life, then in fact you do control the problem's effect on you.
面对生活中那些看似不能克服的困难时，如果你能控制自己的心态，那么实际上你也能控制困难给你带来的伤害。
Your reaction to the problem is the last word（最重要的）! That's the bottom line. What will you let this problem do to you? It can make you tender or tough. It can make you better or bitter. It all depends on you.
你如何看待困难才是最重要的！那是底线。困难能够对你造成什么？它可以让你更软弱，也可以让你更坚强，可以让你更优秀，也可以让你更颓废，而这完全取决于你自己的做法。
In the final analysis, the tough people who survive the tough times do so because they've chosen to react positively to their predicament（困境）.
最后，度过艰难期的人会变得更好，因此他们面对困难时选择迎难而上。
Tough times never last, but tough people do. Tough people stick it out（坚持到底）. History teaches us that every problem has a lifespan.
困难不会一直有，但坚强的人一直都有，坚强的人能够持之以恒。历史告诉我们每一个难题都有结束的那天。
No problem is permanent（永恒的）. Storms always give way to the sun. Winter always thaws（融雪） into springtime.
没有什么困难是永远存在的。风雨会给太阳让步，寒冬会迎来春天。
Your storm will pass. Your winter will thaw. Your problem will be solved.
你遭遇的风雨终会过去。寒冬有变暖的那天。你的困难也有得到解决的那天。
