1. Are you a leader? Are you a good leader or a bad leader? Who is the first person that comes to your mind as a leader? Describe. 

Nop But ，I don't like follow others and I have my own ideas。

My father。If you are always organising events,you are automatically the leader that has a high social status and a lot of energy.

2. What makes a good leader? What are the qualities or characteristics that every leader should have? Are some people inborn leaders while other people inborn followers? Why?

Either way,the leader must be able to visualize where he  wants to be, where he wants his company to be,or where he wants his family to be.

He is infectious, kind, caring and approachable, but he can be very sharp and can handle things with a strong hand.

No，I am a materialist，I believe that all men are equal。So there is a big difference between the two people in leadership, which may be related to the difference between their personal habits and their living environment。

3. Would you like to be a leader in China? Why or why not?

No,I don't have the confidence to lead China into prosperity。But I intend to be a leader of a small business and contribute a small amount of power to China's development

4. Do you think it is better to be a leader or a follower?

It depends on youself. Anyway，You know which one is best for you。

Leaders and followers achieve personal and organizational goals through mutual influence in different situations.

Leaders influence followers by increasing their leadership, and followers influence their leadership by following forces.

From the perspective of the leader, the leader's role as a catalyst, they as agents of change, in all peer, they develop and cultivate their followers, let it reach a new height.

The two driving tasks or goals of a leader are: to ensure that the organization succeeds and once it should leave, she/he has enough people trained and developed to take over his post.

In general, leaders should learn to return work to their employees, who mainly achieve larger goals through armed forces.

5. If you were the leader of your school or company, what changes would you make?

I will first take more responsibility and deal with the relationship between employees.
I will improve my skills and knowledge and make more contributions to the company or school。
