hexo取消Coding Pages跳转页

Coding银牌会员的 Coding Pages 在访问时默认会先加载 Pages 跳转页，需要在网站首页任意位置放置「Hosted by Coding Pages」的文字版，才能取消跳转页。找到 站点 的 themes/next/layout/_partials 目录下的 footer.swig 文件。
