B:oh my god ,can you be careful.that`s some porcelain tableware and silverware that i just bought.

A:oh ?what`s it for?

B:well,this here  is the finest porcelain.imported from england.and this tableware is from Germany.

A:i`m surprised they got it here in one piece.

B:yeah,they used plenty of bubble-wrap

A:i love to pop these things.so why do they send it with bubble wrap?i mean,is it instead of sending candy or...

B:it isn`t used for fun,i mean it`s used to ensure the boxes are safe for long distance transport.

A:do you have after-sales service?

B:i dont know ,well ,i mean once they open the boxes.and check the items to see if they`re okay,then no ,i dont why?

A:well,i am asking because i bought a sweater and the beginning it fit perfectly ,but then i dried it,and it shrank,i want to return it.

B:wait,is that for you doll?

A:no,it was for me ,but now it`s too little.

B:i wonder why ,did you maybe dry it in heat?

A:yeah,why?

B:because,heat will shrink wool.the sales clerk must have told you  when you bought it .i think that`s what happened.here ,let me read the instructions on the label.right here,wow,this shrank too.

A:do you think i can return it ?i mean it`s a rip off .

B:well,considering that you did`t follow the instructions.normally,you can only exchange the item.i don`t think you will get a full refund.
