今天我们一起来聊一聊问路的各种用法。

（一）问路：

越长越有礼貌，越客气。

So: 

Excuse me. Where is the Hilton Hotel?

打扰一下。希尔顿大酒店在哪儿？

Excuse me.Can you tell me where the Hilton Hotel is?

打扰一下。你能告诉我希尔顿大酒店在哪儿吗？

Excuse me.Would you mind telling me where the Hilton Hotel is?

打扰一下。你介意告诉我希尔顿大酒店在哪儿吗？

Excuse me.I was wondering if you would mind telling me where the Hilton Hotel is.

打扰一下。我想知道你是否介意告诉我希尔顿大酒店在哪儿呢？

前两种就足够啦。对于想要展示自己绅士风度的朋友们，请自行选择。

（二）指引方向：

先来补充基本词汇：

左转： turn left / make a left 

在左边：on your left 

右转： turn right/ make a right 

在右边：on your right

直走： go forward/ go straight

沿着这条路走： 

go up the road

go down the road

go along the road 

走过某个地方：go past the …

向北走：go north

向南走：go south

向西走：go west 

向东走：go east    

（三）句子：

1.直走三条街，到银行右转。

Go forward for 3 blocks, turn right at the bank. 

2.往西走一条街。

Go west for a block. 

block 街道，街区

图片中的小方块就是block啦。

3.转个弯就到啦。

It’s around the corner.
