欧洲专利到底有多少个缔约国，多少个可以延伸国，多少个可以直接生效的国家，之前一直是模糊的，只有个大概的印象。

不过课有145页，才上了开头部分，以后每天慢慢学一点，更新一些。
欧洲专利组织有44个缔约国，其中有38个成员国，有2个延伸国，有4个生效国。

专利，实用新型专利，商标，外观设计和半导体保护是属于工业产权；
Know-how and copyright are not industrial property rights.
Trade marks and designations of origin are protected by trade marks. Industrial designs are protected by designs.
Technical solutions are protected by patents and utility models.
