我叫秦建军，今年56岁了，现在担任巴彦淖尔市教育副总督学。

这六年的教育督导工作跟过去的22年一样，
The six years in the inspector office were just like the prior 22 years as an educator,

Bayan Nur can’t afford to go the old way.
应该寻找新的增长点。
We need a fresh start.
