I've been so ashamed to admitt that I fear change. Now I know fear change is common feeling. I used to act as an ostrich burying my head into the sand and pretending there's no changes at all. If I keep ignoring the change sooner or later I will walk my way to a dark corner leading nowhere. One American president once said the only thing we had to fear was fear itself. So change isn't a big deal but fear change is a big deal. The key to overcome fear may find in Who moved my cheese. I couldn't wait to read the story.
