中文感悟：
读完今天这一章节，我觉得我对“才情”二字有了更深的理解。所谓“才”，即书中所言“诗文书画艺术上的卓绝之美”；所谓“情”，即“坚持自己的主张原则并始终坚定不移”。书中讲“他的人品道德构成了他名气的骨干，它的风格文章之美则构成了他精神之美的骨肉”，我想这也许就像建造一座城堡，骨架架构的结实不移再加上粘附于之上的夺目的砖瓦琉璃，怎么能不引人叹服呢？
纵览古今中外，能被人们记住（或者说能成为一个时代或一种精神的icon）的文人都是上述“才”与“情”的集合。拿创作《孙子兵法》的孙武为例（因为我正在修这门课，所以借此谈之），孙武在到达吴国之后，在务农期间创作了这部兵书可谓才智不俗。但是很少有人知道，孙武在《孙子兵法》中最重要的思想却是“不战而屈人之兵”。他在书中大写特写战争的计谋之时，心中的理想竟然是“不战”，我想这是他的一种“情怀”。不求百战百胜显露战威，只求天下黎民不受战乱之苦。

brush这个词是我没想到的，所以我就去查了一下它，发现除了在文中做“毛笔，画笔”这个意思外，还有两个有趣的解释。一是表示a light touch made in passing something or somebody,例如the brush of his lips on her cheek,二是表示a short unfriendly meeting with somebody, an occasion when you neatly experience something unpleasant小冲突，稍有不快的场合，例如she has a nasty brush with her mother.
