关于npm install失败的解决办法

首先是这个报错，所有的npm install操作全都报错了，

报错信息为

最后搜了好久在stackoverflow上找到的答案

npm config set proxy false

npm cache clean

执行这两行即可，效果是清楚代理和缓存
