复盘内容：视听说Unit4

成功总不会是一蹴而就的，就像Lewis  Hamilton一般，也是经历了一次又一次比赛慢慢赢得锦标赛冠军，最终提升了自己的价值，成为了自己想要成为的人。

It  became  a  passion  for  me,and  i  realised  that  it  was  something  I  really  wanted  to  do.

这对于我来说是一种热情，我意识到那是我真正想要去做的事情。

这个世界上有那么多件事情，找到自己喜欢的一件事情已经很不容易了。既然已经找到就不要放弃，努力加油去做吧，这也恰恰是我现在的生活状态，谨以此来勉励我自己。

4本周学习中我遇到的困难

这周听力方面的困难比较突出，richest这一单词并没有听出来，之后的glory 倒是听出来了也知道他的意思，然而拼写错误，错拼为gloory，有点遗憾。

5语伴给我的建议

我一直以来记忆单词的方法都是依靠音标，有些单词用音标记忆并不是很棒的方法，比如说glory，极有可能像我一样写为gloory，对待这一类单词还是需要一点死记硬背的，不过只针对于这一类单词。

6我的一些其他感受和收获

这周的视听说练习中，在填写bank这一单词时，我脑海中闪现了两个词,back,bank，当时写笔记的时候没来得及考虑先写了一个，之后第二次看的过程中发现此处按照句意应该是bank而非back。这一方法类比于上次语伴建议我再填写单词时考虑语法知识的方法。

7下周努力的方向

①每周任务还是如期进行，听力的内容为一段话，力求攻破段落大意。

②日常任务背单词，句子，认真完成作业还是要继续做的。

I  have  devoted  30  years  of  reaserch  to  how  creative  people  live  and  work.Instead  of  being  an  individual  ,each  of  them  is  a  multitude.

Here  are  some  traits  that  are  often  found  in  creative  people.

1Creative  people  have  a  great  deal  of physical  energy,but  they  are  also  often  quiet  and  at  rest.The  important  thing  is  that  they  know  how  to  control  their  energy,which  is  not  ruled  by  the  calender,the  clock  or  an  ecternal  schedule.

2Creative  people  tend  to  be  smart    yet  native  at  the  same  time.Earlier    studies  on  superior  mental  abilities  show that  IQ  does  not  seem  to  be correlated  any  longer  with  superior  performance  in  real  life. Furthermore,creative  people  seem  also  to  use  well  two  opposite  ways  of  thinking:the  convergent  and  the  devergent.

3Creative  people  alternate  between  imagination  and  a  deeply-rooted  sense  of  reality.

4Creative  people  tend  to  be  both  extroverted  and  introverted.

5Creative  people  are  humble  and  prond  at  the  same time.

6Creative  people  are  both  rebellious  and  conservative.

7Creative  people's  openness  and  sensitivity  often  exposes  them  to  suffering  and pain,yet  also  a  great  deal of  enjoyment.

The  most  painful  thing  for  creative  people  is  that  he  feels  his  creativity  is  drying  out.

Perhaps  the  most  important  quality,the one  that  is  most  consistently  present  in  all  creative  individuls,is  the  ability  to enjoy  the  process  of  creation  for  it's  own  sake.
