pod install安装失败

尝试方法：
方案一：
终端执行命令，然后pod install：

git config --global http.lowSpeedLimit 0
git config --global http.lowSpeedTime 999999
git config http.postBuffer 524288000

但依然不行。
方案二：sudo gem install cocoapods
