1. 根据切片参数计算分辨率组

总结
从实现的功能上来说,其实是比较简单的,但是简单的功能背后涵盖着很多复杂的webgis基础相关的知识,如果对这些知识理解不深刻的话实现起来还是比较困难的。如果掌握了这些知识后,不论是java还是js还是pythoon,都可实现。本文只实现了基础的地图导出,添加比例尺
、图例
等暂未实现。
