There's nothing more valuable in this world than a healthy body and a carefree mind. Ironically, one usually can't realize how fortunate they are for owning them until they lose one or both of them. As a saying has it, when you are young, you exchange health for wealth, and when you are old, you exchange wealth for health. This is an inexorable law from whose consequences few people can escape. But still, there's something we can do to ameliorate the consequences. As the new year rolled around, I've made a resolution to work out more and become more self-disciplined on diets.
