格雷森·蔡斯（Greyson Chance），1997年8月16日出生于美国得克萨斯州威奇托福尔斯，美国歌手。
2011年，格雷森发行了首张专辑《Hold On 'til the Night》，2012年7月3日，格雷森来到中国参加《快乐大本营》十五周年特别节目，11月格雷森发行了EP专辑《Truth Be Told, Part 1》。2015年，格雷森将发行第二张专辑《Planet X》。
