  -a               Run as interactive shell

cmd执行php文件：

php index.php

php文件里如果引用了相对路径则是相对于当前执行命令所在的文件路径

代码文件路径：D:\WorkSpace\qpl_system\index.php

如果cmd在 D:\WorkSpace下执行，则代码里test.log生成当前文件夹下

如果cmd在 D:\WorkSpace\qpl_system下执行，则代码里test.log生成当前文件夹下
