SQL server 2016的SSRS服务器配置出了问题，web service URL打不开，提示http500 error。
解决办法：
1.查看log

这个log的文件里面讲到有2个key 重复了。可以在rssrvpolicy里面查到重复的key。

Security class不能有重复。删除重复的key后，就可以打开URL了。
