You have no idea how thrilled I am to get informed that you are to pay a visit to Taiwan! It's my pleasure to guide you during your stay these three days. I just list two cities and places below which I deem to be worth visiting during your short stay. I'll pick you up at Taiyuan Airport as soon as you arrive and we will go to Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, as our first stop. The first two days we'll be in Taipei and the third day we'll visit Taichung.
We can derive much fun in Taipei. National Palace Museum, which is the home to the world’s greatest collections of Chinese art and antiquities. Once reserved for the private pleasure of emperors, today these treasures can be enjoyed. I know that you love history a lot, so you will definitely take pleasure in visiting it. Then we will go Taipei 101, you can come here and enjoy high-speed elevators. In addition, you can not only have a stunning bird's eye view of Taipei but also have delectable delicacies here, and don't worry about the price, which you might not think affordable. I'll treat you! By the way, there is a rooftop bar at Taipei 101, where you can choose to stay at night if the style takes your fancy! On the second day we are going to visit another historic site, Wan Hua, a place full of old times tales and folklores of Taiwan. The street and vendors there are archaic and might bring you back to the 1920's. Then we will move on to Taichung. Taichung is another city you must pay a visit to! We will go to the Feng Chia night market at night. This is probably the biggest and the most prestigious night market in Taiwan. I highly recommend you to give stinky tofu a try, which was voted best night market snack by Taiwanese people last year. And you should not miss fried chicken cutlets and pearl milk tea, which are Taiwanese specialties. This is a rough schedule of your trip. Don't hesitate to ask me if you have any question or advice!
