fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/xxxx/xxxx.git/': LibreSSL SSL_connect: 
SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to github.com:443

猜测github.com连不上修改一下houst文件，添加或者修改为最新的就行

1、找到hosts 文件

2、打开终端执行`ping github.com`代码,如下图中`140.82.114.3`

3、复制下面代码到 hosts 文件中，这个ip地址就是上面ping出来的那个

140.82.114.3  github.com
140.82.114.3  github.global.ssl.fastly.net

tips：如果hosts 不能修改，请使用sudo vim hosts ,保存的时候使用:wq!
