练习感悟：现在快一点了，一般一篇文章，30分钟就能搞定了，感觉读起来比较顺了。从今年二月份开始到现在十月中下旬，感觉发音时舌头比较灵活，舌头和口型转换的比较快，这就是一种进步吧。
