为自己创造美好的新信念
我的每一个想法、我说的每一句话都是一种认可。不是正面认可,就是负面认可。
正面认可会带来正面的体验,而负面认可会带来负面的体验。
种下的是西红柿种子,只会长成西红柿;而橡子只会长成橡树;小狗崽只会长成大狗。
如果我们一再重申对自己或人生的负面评价,只会不断得到更多的负面体验。
现在的我,已经改变以消极角度看待事情的固有习惯。
我养成了新习惯,只谈论和认可生活中想要拥有的美好。这样一来,也只有好事会来到我身边。
I CREATE WONDERFUL NEW BELIEFS FOR MYSELF
Every single thousht I have and every sentence I speak is an affirmation.
It's either positive or negative. Positive affirmations create positive experiences, and negative affirmations create negative experiences.
A tomato seed, if planted, will only grow into a tomato plant.
An acorn will only grow into an oak tree. A puppy will only grow into a dog.
If we continually repeat negative statements about ourselves or about life, we only keep producing more negative experiences.
I now rise beyond my family habit of seeing life in a negative way.
My new affirmation habit is to speak only of the good I want in my life. Then only good will come to me.
生命很简单:我们给出什么,便会得到什么
我们对自己的看法,终将成为事实。我相信每个人,包括我在内,都必须为我们人生的一切负责,不论好事、坏事都是自己招来的。
我们的每个想法都正在创造我们的未来。每个人都在以自己的想法和感受,创造自己的生活。而我们所说的话语,都会表明我们的想法。
我们的处境是自己一手造成的,放弃自己的力量,却把挫败归咎于他人。没有任何人、地点、事物,可以左右或牵制我们,因为“我们”是心智中唯一的思考者。
当我们保持平和、和谐及平衡的心态,便会在生活中看到同样的状态。
LIFE Is REALLY VERY SIMPLE: WHAT WE GIvE OUT, WE GET BAcK
What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us. I believe that everyone, myself included, is responsible for everything in our lives, the best and the worst.
Every thought we think is creating our future.
Each one of us creates our experiences by our thoughts and our feelings.
The thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experiences.
We create the situations, and then we give our power away by blaming the other person for our frustration.
No person, , no place, and no thing has any power over us, for "we" are the only thinkers in our minds.
When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives.
珍惜自己的身体,并妥善照顾
照顾好身体是爱自己的表现。随着你越来越了解营养学,就会开始注意到摄取某些食物后的身体感觉。
会发现什么食物能给你带来充沛的体力,让你精神抖擞。然后,你会坚持摄取这些食物。
我们需要珍惜并保护自己所栖居的这个美好“圣殿”,而我相信善待身体的最佳方式,就是时刻牢记要爱惜身体。
经常照镜子,凝视自己的眼睛,并跟自己说“我很棒”。
每当你看到自己在镜中的影像,都要给自己回馈正面的信息。
不论你是什么样子,只管爱自己,不要等到你变瘦了、练出肌肉了,或者胆固醇降低了,才去爱那样的自己。
现在就爱,你时时刻刻
都可以感受到自己的美好,
因为你值得。
I CHERISH MY BODY AND TAKE CARE OF IT WELL
It's an act of love to take care of your body.
As you learn more and more about nutrition, you'll start to notice how you feel after you eat certain foods.
You'll figure out which foods give you optimum strength and lots of energy.
Then, you'll stick to eating those foods.
We need to cherish and revere these wonderful temples that we live in.
I believe the best way to be good to your body is to remember to love it.
Look into your own eyes in the mirror often.
Tell yourself how wonderful you are.
Give yourself a positive message every time you see your own reflection.
Just love yourself.
Don't wait until you become thinner or more muscular or until you lower your cholesterol levels.
Just do it now.
Because you deserve to feel wonderful all the time.
健康是我的神圣权利,我现在就行使权利
我相信身体的每一种“病痛”,都是我们推波助澜的结果。身体和生命中的其他事物一样,都是我们内在想法与信念的一面镜子。
只要肯花时间去倾听,就会发现身体总是在对我们说话。
我们体内的每个细胞,都会回应我们的每个想法。
一旦察觉到
某种病痛背后隐藏的想法,
我们就有机会去改变,
从而改善身体的不适。
大多数人都不想生病,
但每一种不适都是我们的老师。
身体通过病痛,让我们知道自己的意识中存在着错误的观念——我们所相信的、所说的、所做的、所想的,都有违我们的至善。
我总是会把病痛想象成身体拉住我们,并说道:“请多注意!”
PERFECT HEALTH Is MY DIVINE RIGHT, AND I CLAIM It Now
I believe that we contribute to every "illness" in our body.
The body, as with everything else in life, is a mirror of our inner thoughts and beliefs.
Our body is always talking to us, if we will only take the time to listen. Every cell within our bodies responds to every single thought we think.
When we discover what the mental pattern is behind an illness, we have a chance to change the pattern and, therefore, the dis-ease.
Most people do not want to be sick on a conscious level, yet every dis-ease that we have is a teacher. Illness is the body's way of telling us that there is a false idea in our consciousness.
Something that we are believing, saying, doing, or thinking is not for our highest good. I always picture the body tugging at us saying,
"Please pay attention!"
每一天都是我的新起点
今天是崭新的一天,是你开始创造喜悦、充实生活的日子,是你开始打破所有限制的日子,也是你学习生命奥秘的日子。
你可以让自己的人生变得更好,而且你已经拥有了变得更好的工具。这些工具就是你的想法及信念。
你所想的每个念头、所说的每一句话,都是一种认可。内在的自我对话、喃喃自语,就是一个接一个的认可。不论你是否知道,你时时刻刻都在做这样的认可。你正在用每一句话、每一个念头,去认可并改写你的生命经历。
正面的肯定语可以打开大门,它是踏上改变之路的起点。本质上,你是在对潜意识说:“我为自己负起责任,我察觉到自己可以做些改变。”
有意识地选择一些词语,或是用于摆脱生活中的某些困境,或是有助于你为生命开创新局面。
今天我开启了全新又美好的一天,以及一个美好的未来。
每一天都是新机会,昨天已经过去了,今天是未来的第一天。即使面对瞬息万变的生活节奏,我依然感到安心。
EVERY DAY Is a NEW BEGINNInG FOR ME
Today is a new day.
Today is a day for you to begin creating a joyous, fulfilling life.
Today is the day to begin to release all your limitations. Today is the day for you to learn the secrets of life.
You can change your life for the better. You already have the tools within you to do so. These tools are your thoughts and your beliefs.
Every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation. All of our self-talk, our internal dialogue, is a stream of affirmations.
You're using affirmations every moment, whether you know it or not.
You're affirming and creating your life experiences with every word and thought.
An affirmation opens the door. It's a beginning point on the path to change. In essence, you're saying to your subconscious mind. "I am taking responsiblity.
"I am aware that there is something I can do to change."
Consciously choose words that will either help eliminate something from your life or help create something new in your life.
Today I create a wonderful new day and a wonderful new future.
Each day is a new opportunity. Yesterday is over and done. Today is the first day of my future. I feel safe in the rhythm and flow of ever-changing life.
