i made the business trip report this afternoon, for the clip loose issue of the D1322, we updated the detail reason as following:
For the old version drawing, we can see the requirement: piston must move freely, after we got the complaint, and communicated with engineering team about this problem and got new requirement to "keep the gap between the clip and plate to be 0.1 to 0.4mm, to ensure the clip can move freely", so we follow the newest requirementto rework the relative inventory.
The local customer complained that the grinding surface was more rough, and i thought that we changed the new wheel can cause this problem, but i asked the technician to change a new wheel and to grind some pads and didn't find the same issue, maybe i am wrong about the root cause of this problem, may be the operator didn't change the wheel timely. but i think we should set a limit sample of the appearance.
