First ，we should far away from the deadly sins of speaking habits including gossip ，judging ，negativity ，complaining ，excuses ，embroidery and exaggeration and finally dogmatism. Then wo should try our best to empower our conversation by the qualities of honesty ，authenticity ，integrity and love （love means wishing people well ）. Finally ，we can strengthen our speak abilities by flexibility combining its skills of register ，timbre ，prosody ，pace，silence and volume during our conversation. Altogether ，what would the world be like，if we’re speaking powerfully？ if we were creating sound consciously and consuming sound consciously ，and designing all our environments consciously for sound ，that would be a world that does sound like beautiful and one where understanding would be the norm ，that deserves it ！
