We often hear the word “teamwork”. If you can understand what is the essence of teamwork、how do individuals relate to one another and if you are a team player, and then you can surely promote team spirit as well as individual development.

球队的每个成员都有一个非常具体的角色——作为队长，守门员，前锋，后卫球员。团队的每一个成员对团队的成功都是至关重要的。如果有一名球员落伍，这支球队就有缺陷。如果一个球员不能发挥出最好的能力，球队就有缺陷。
