According to the words in the picture ,it can be seen that educational discrimination is very common in our daily life . While, diploma can not show everything,it just can tell you that the person who holds it is a hardworking man.Unfortunately,your boss just keep see that.
It is obvious that this view is not true.Firstly,we should put more sight on his ability if we need a capable employee ,that doesn’t matter who he is and what kinds of diploma he holds.What really counts is his ability.Secondly,there are most people who have no chance to enter the university,because they are too poor to pay the tuitions.Thirdly, some people were born with some diseases, and they can’t be educated normally. But they have gifts on writing, singing or dancing,and if you need a person who can write, sing or dance well, will you employ them? Finally, some people who hold the high degree have no experience on their works.and they may be worse than the man who held lower degree but worked for a long time,because they are green hand.
There is famous English proverb that goes:Don’t judge a book by its cover.And we shouldn’t judge a person by his diploma.In other words,educational discrimination shouldn’t live in your mind.
