Eat Pray Love
One of my favorite books. This book is New York Times Bestseller, which is written by Elizabeth Gilbert, one of the most iconic and beloved writers of our time.
I don’t want to be married anymore. I was trying so hard not to know this, but the truth kept insisting itself to me. I don’t want to be married anymore. I don’t want to live in this big house. I don’t want to have a baby.
But I was supposed to want to have a baby. I was thirty-one years old.
But I was supposed to want to have a baby.
Liz used to be a vegetarian, but now in Italy she is crazy about Pizza. Here is what said in the article:
I love my pizza so much, in fact, that I have come to believe in my delirium that’s my pizza might actually love me, in retire. I am having a relationship with this pizza, almost an affair.
In India
Liz learnt that the hub of calmness—that is your heart. That’s where God loves with you. So stop looking for answers in the world. Just keep coming back to that center and you’ll always find peace.
In Indonesia
Liz learnt how to help those in need. She puts it like this:
In the end, though, maybe we must all give up trying to pay back the people in this world who sustain our lives. In the end, maybe it’s wiser to surrender before the miraculous scope of human generosity and to just keep saying thank you, forever and sincerely, for as long as we have voices.
