iOS-弹出视图或者限制时间消失

一.弹出视图

   1.声明相关属性和代理
        <UIGestureRecognizerDelegate>

    2.弹出视图
         self.bgView = [[UIView alloc]initWithFrame:CGRectMake(0, 0, WIDTH, HEIGHT)];

        [self.view addSubview:self.bgView];
