As an English teacher, of course I give English lessons. In order to create a richenvironment to use English, of course，I will speak English in class . However， I'm afraid that some low-level students will not understand me fully. Every time I will translate them in Chinese spontaneously. Unluckily and unexpectedly, it has troubled me for a long time . Unexpectedly,some low students will not understand me fully but they can understand Chinese very well , so they will respond in Chinese. Much more worse,they respond some unrelevant information and thus causees chaos in classes.
Many times I tried my best to prevent them from doing this but failed.
Probably it's wise and necessary for me to change myself. I have decided that in the future English must be more often used in the classes. By doing this, I probably I can prevent the low-level students from interfering my English classes.
Since we are not at the same level, it's cruel for me to lower my level. And it's crucial to cultivate their learning ability at the same time. That is , the most important, I can protect some higher-level students.
Thinking it carefully, I don't think they respect me ,or respect the class, or respect the classmates.
Why should I consider them? Why should I respect them? Then why would I be so sweet to them and destroy the good of the majority?
