因为不一样才有了精彩的人生

在帮助别人创造精彩的同时也在为自己创造更多的精彩

当世界都变得一模一样

当男人和女人变成一模一样

当生物都变成一模一样

当竞争没有对手而变得一模一样

我不敢想象……

人在有追求的时候总会觉得光阴似箭，人在有成就的时候总会觉的自豪，人在有付出的时候总会期望得到回报，人在得到的时候总会想起回报他人。人在享受自由的时候总会觉得幸福，人在有机会的时候总会有更多的追求，人与人不同的时候（精神上，物质上，机会上，思想上……）才会去求“和”，去统一！

历史又翻开了新的一页，过去的一年里我用了很多的词汇来形容：“彪柄战绩”、“榜样的力量”、“天下无难事”……。因为你们的努力,我们提前4个月就超过公司设定的全年目标，我用这些词来表达感激之情，因为我得到了回报，我也用各种方式来回报各位。同时我特别希望用更高的目标来激励各位和我一起有更高的追求。因为这样我们大家一起才有更多的机会，也给更多的人创造更多的机会。

我在追求不一样，因为它意味着机会，更多不一样就是更多的机会，我在追求创新，而且我们一直在创新，过程中免不了犯错误，犯了错误也不要大惊小怪，怕的是意识不到，所以希望你们告诉我。

借此机会，我要向公司的所有员工及你们的家属表达我的谢意，祝你们幸福，健康，开心！生活过得更精彩！

Because there are different musical instruments, we have symphony.  Because something different happened to us, our lives become exciting.  While we help others creating exciting life, we ourselves are having exciting lives too.  If everything in the world became identical; if men and women hadidenticalfaces; if all creatures became identical; ifproducts/services became identical due to absence of competition, I can't imagine……

When someone is seeking to pursue something, he always feels time flies.  When someone has accomplishment, he always feels proud.  When someone have made efforts, he always expects rewards.  When someone has got something, he always thinks of repaying others.  When someone enjoys freedom, they feel happy and blessed.  When there are opportunities, people should pursue more.  When there are difference among people (mentally, materially, opportunities, thinking, etc), we will seek for "Harmony" to unite!
We have opened a new chapter.  Last year I used a lot of words to describe: "outstanding results", "the power of setting examples", "nothing is impossible", etc. Because of your efforts, our company has achieved full year target 4 months earlier.  I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to you all, and I will use different ways to repay and reward you. At the same time, I would like to set a higher goal for us to pursue together, so we can have more opportunities, and create more opportunities for more people.

I'm looking for difference because unique makes opportunities.  I’s seeking for innovation, and continue to be innovative.  We will inevitably make mistakes in the process, but we don’t have to be afraid of making mistakes.  What is bad is when you are not aware of your mistakes, so I hope you can tell me when I make mistakes.
