iOS 8 相册视频导出

1. 资源获取

- (void)imagePickerController:(UIImagePickerController *)picker didFinishPickingMediaWithInfo:(NSDictionary<NSString *,id> *)info 在这个方法中info获取中获取视频URL。
不允许编辑的情况：使用UIImagePickerControllerReferenceURL
允许编辑的情况：获取UIImagePickerControllerMediaURL，这是编辑过的视频数据，存放于tmp目录中，可直接通过[[NSData alloc] initWithContentsOfURL:url];获取数据，数据量大的情况，不应该读到内存中。在某些情况下，编辑失败UIImagePickerControllerMediaURL为空。依然通过UIImagePickerControllerReferenceURL获取。

2. 导出视频原始数据

即通过PHAsset方式导出。

上述方法为异步导出。如果需要为同步：
