可以显示该数据库连接使用的字符集的情况:

如何设置默认编码为utf8
1. 进入到 /usr/local/mysql/support-files 目录。里面有个文件:my-default.cnf

2. 将其复制到桌面上，改名为my.cnf . 用xcode或者其他编辑内容，将内容替换为。
