In recent years,the conflict between teachers and students all over the country have been reported from time to time.How to face the conflict is each one of us should be worthy of deep reflection.
Most important of all,some students have unstable psychological quality and poor self-control,which lead to conflict with teacher.Especially students who in the adolescent have high self-esteem,even some can't accept the teacher's criticism.Moreover,parents always go out to work,so that students aren't well educated in family since childhood.Last but not least,some teachers do not respect the students.They inflict excessive corporal punishment on the students when students did something wrong.
As far as I am concerned,we should avoid the conflict between teachers and students.For one thing,student should understand the teacher's behavior and strengthen emotion management.For another thing,teachers are supposed to do well in students' ideological work,not to hurt their self-esteem.
