Ah counter

Morning everyone, this is Mengyao, the Ah counter today.

I could still remember the day when I got my first best here on December 16th the end of last year. I felt so excited and sent a moment "My first best as Ah Queen". At least it is a best right ? Today I'm going to grant the prize to two of you.

After I realized that I tend to use filler words in my speech, I tried to find out the reasons in me and some experiences in you. Finally, It seems that I find a secret.

The reason why we tend to use a lot filler words when we speaking unconsciously, has less connection with technics but confidence. Please try to recall the moments when you are nervous on the stage, you must use more filler words than usual.

So, it is late to emphasis the importance of preparation and practise today since I'm gonna to grant the prize anyway. Try to take pause and slow down when you need to think, and more importantly, encourage yourself and relax, enjoy the stage time with contious.
