Breaking the Rules

Anna: Good morning, Mary.
Mary: Good morning, Anna. Please come in. Have a seat. We need to discuss something.
Anna: Sure. What's wrong?
Mary: Yesterday, an employee saw you smoking in the bathroom. Is this true?
Anna: Well, I...Umm yes. It's true. I'm really sorry.
Mary: Listen, you cannot smoke in the bathroom. It is against the rules. If you want to smoke, you need to go outside.

She's allowed to smoke outside.
