Tensions

Where are your tensions from? Family, work and social etc. Do you know your stress well and how do you conquer them? I think pressure is not a new word for us. There are many people who study them everyday even contained the people who already work for them more than decades. But still on the way to learn and get to know them better. For me tension means I don’t want to be together with somebody to do something because I don’t like them or I feel unwell when we get together or just simply when you see them you think you are unlucky and shouldbe  out of home today. Such kind of things is what I called “pressure”. There are also another situation like when you see your friend just bought a LV bag and you also want to have it even if it’s useless and unaffordable. Those kind of things make you sad and feel unwell. You need to know that’s your stress. People are different and the stress also can be in a state of flux. You couldn’t  tell them what your stress is except themselves. Thus, how can we deal with it and get more happiness? First of all, we must know what is causing us stress. Then try to think of them when you are calm because it’s easy to find a way to overcome that. For instance, you want to buy the LV bag then you might ask yourself why you want to buy it? Is it to show off or are you a real fan of LV? Or you have to buy it even you couldn’t afford the price anymore. Asking yourself questions may help you to hit the target so that you can give up buying. So my dears, stress is all bad but also good because you change your mind to think about things and also to give up to buy useless things.
