Let's Make Icecream! （何彤）

In hot summer, imagine we eat delicious ice cream, read a love novel with a big watermelon beside. Oh, youth is so sweet.

Joyful Summer Day

Summer is coming. The weather is getting hotter and hotter, here I recommend you a few homemade icecreams that are simple and natural. Let's start it!

Frozen Strawberry Yogurt

Frozen strawberry yogurt:

Ingredients: one cup of Old yogurt, 30g strawberry pulp, appropriate Vanilla and ice, half cup of cream, icecream ball

Practice: First, pour the old yogurt into the blender, then put ice, cream and icecream ball into the blender; start to blend them; pour half of them into the cup; then pour the prepared strawberry pulp into the blender; pour them to the top of the cup; finally, add some strawberries to decorate the icecream

Blueberry Pudding

Blueberry pudding:

Ingredients: 40g white sugar, 60g milk, another 500g milk, appropriate pudding powder, blueberry and strawberry pulp

Practice: mix white sugar and 500g milk, then pour pudding powder into the mixture; boil 500g milk. At the same time, blend blueberry; mix pudding juice and strawberry pulp. Then pour into boiled milk to stir them up. Boil it for at least 5 minutes, in order to make it thicker; pour into the cup and froze it more than 4 hours.

Berry Popsicle

Berry popsicle:

Ingredients: blueberry, blackberry, blueberry yogurt and crashed ice

Practice: blend all of the ingredients; pour it into the mould and insert icecream sticks; froze them for more than six hours    (It's the easiest one. Begin to practice it!)

Mango Icecream

Mango icecream:

Ingredients: 500g mango, 500ml milk, white suger

Practice: boil milk with small fire for 10 minutes,then cool it; mix mango to become mango pulp; pour milk into mango pulp; stir it every 30 minutes, at least four times; froze it for 4 hours
