C4 has an annual “all hands” meeting that lasts for four days, which also involves flying everyone into one location.
all hands (on the deck)
We’re under attack!
Your grandmother arrives tomorrow and the house is still a mess—I need all hands on deck to help me clean!
The term “Town Hall” meeting is often used interchangeably with All-Hands meeting however a Town Hall meeting is more question and answer based while All-Hands meetings are generally more focused on conveying a message and making a key presentation(make a key presentation:做一个重要的报告)
Water cooler chat,
Water cooler chat or water cooler talk, or water cooler conversation (whatever you want to call it), is what happens when colleagues take a break from work-related tasks and discuss their hobbies, interests, and other things by gathering around the office water cooler
retrospective meetings
private/individual/personal retrospectives:指的是个人定期回顾自己的工作或者生活
