Take a break, my favorite sentence. Break, not only physical aspect, but also psychology. Break is getting seriously critical, especially during busy daily lives.
I would love to take a break, sometimes even do nothing on rainy days. It is a rainy day today. After I complete routine tasks, I just sit down and gaze at outside. The rain sounds like beautiful melody, really relaxing. So, take a break, it’s a good choice for me in rainy day.
I also choose to keep far away from digitals while I take a break. Though some people may think, they will feel happy after watch TV program. However it is not workable for me, or even opposite to me. On one hand, my eyes will be more comfortable if I am not watching at phones or Pad. The most important thing is, I will feel controlled and stressed if I keep playing with phone. So, I cannot get relaxing, even much more tired. That’s why I want to escape from digitals.
Sports is also a good way, though Sports looks like tough. At beginning, it is boring while doing sports in gym. After 2 or 3 sets, get some achievements then. At last, it is no doubt that you will love it and feel excited. Fully get cured!
As a long solution to take a break, don’t forget to set up target and make plans. The purpose of life, is for a better life. The purpose of BREAK, is for a high level break and high quality life. Therefore I believe, target is fundamental for this. Here, it reminds me of another favorite Japanese word as well, 泣いて笑って一所懸命. So, take a break, and enjoy your life Journey. (I am going on listening to the music of rain.)
