A Few days ago with colleagues have dinner，they mention another colleague are dissatisfied.
前些天和同事们吃饭，她们提起另一个同事都是不满。
Today I meet her，pragmatic and enthusiastic，be good to me ，teach me a lot.
今天见到了本人，务实热情，对我很好，教我很多东西。
Sometimes，I heard a lot of bad things of her before I met her.
有时候，在还没接触到一个人的时候，就听到了很多人说她不好的话。
But it doesn't mean that she will be bad to you，maybe there is something wrong with her.
但不代表她对你会不好，也许她身上的毛病正如别人所说，只取五分就好。
In the past，I believed others' words so much that I have biased in my contact with her，which was wrong.
在以前，我特别相信别人说的话，以至于和她接触就带有偏见，这是不对的。
So，the best state is to talk with her about her happiest things，value others' advantages and explore others' advantages.
所以，最好的状态是和她人她最开心的事情，看重他人优势，挖掘他人优势。
Sure，like the sisiter said，work and salary should be balanced.
当然了，像那位姐姐说的，工作和工资要平衡。
work maybe encounter many difficult in the future，anyway，must think a way to be happy，think of a way to deal with the relationship at all levels.
今后的工作或许会遇到很多困难，无论怎样，一定要想办法开心，想办法处理各级层关系。
free and easy，low-key，studious ask，don't think too much，do yourself，pay will have a harvest.
洒脱，低调，好学勤问，不要多想，做好自己，付出才会有收获。
