今天我们要介绍的Low Power概念是PST,即power state的意思,用来定义整个设计中各个power state情况,通俗来是说哪根net使用多少电压,哪种模式使用哪些电压电压状态等。通常定义在低功耗文件的最后一个部分。
我们来看UPF文件对PST描述:
add_port_state VDD1 -state {high 1.0}定义port电压状态
add_port_state VDD -state \{medium 0.8}\
-state {low0.6}
add_port_state iA/VDD_sw -state {medium 0.8}\
-state {low 0.6} \
-state {off 0}
add_port_state iB/VDD1_sw -state {high 1.0} \
-state {off 0}
add_port_state VSS -state {gnd 0}
add_port_state iA/VSS -state {gnd 0}
add_port_state iB/VSS -state {gnd 0}
create_pst chip_pst -supplies{VDD VDD1 iA/VDD_sw iB/VDD1_sw VSS iA/VSS iB/VSS}创建PST
add_pst_state func –pst chip_pst –supplies {medium high medium high gnd gnd gnd}在PST中添加port与模式的对应关系
add_pst_state pm_off –pst chip_pst –supplies {high low off off gnd gnd gnd}
