今天下午我莫名其妙的就感觉很低落,什么也不想干,晚饭也没有吃好,脑子里充斥着各种负面东西,心情有点差。之后我选择用睡觉来排解这种情绪,果然事实证明,我休息好之后,心情恢复的差不多了。
睡一觉真的很管用呢。

Sometimes we may feel uncomfortable and upset,and maybe there is no reason about that .If we meet with this kind of situation,what we should do to deal with it.
Today I am in a bad moods in the afternoon,and I didn't enjoy my dinner. After having the meal,there are full of mass in my brain,I thought of numerous memories that are not so good,and i'm so upset,I don't want to do anything more at that time.So I choose to have a sleep,and it turn out that sleeping is a good way to keep us away from those bad emotions.After a good rest,I feel betterthen,maybe you can try next time
