1，从本篇文章／音频／视频中我学到的最重要的概念
（1）本单元的题目是在聚光灯下的生活，很显然，是那些出名的人，有许多粉丝的人，对于我们这种平常的人，想到的是，他们会挣很多钱，我受到了很多人的关注，可以满足自己的虚荣心。可是他们内在也是非常痛苦的，因为他们的隐私受到了侵犯，他们害怕会是做出一些事情，因为我们就从一些事情感觉就可以，而他们便会，可能会毁了一生。每个人所处的位置都有自己的优势和缺点，不必仰慕别人只要做好现在的自己就可以。其实有钱也不一定会幸福。
(2)而最后一部分是讨论我们是否应该坚持自己的梦想，这样的问题是我们每个人都拥有的，大家都会有一个自己的梦想，但是梦想却不是那么轻易去实现的，需要坚持，那么自己，应不应该坚持自己的梦想呢，这个问题，没有一个标准的答案，首先我们的梦想是否切合实际，是否是我们，跟随内心想要实现的，自己非常喜欢的。如果是这样的话，那么我们就应该追随内心去努力实现梦想，坚持不懈。

4，我在学习今天材料中遇到的困难
<1>综合教程中的阅读还是感觉篇幅较长，单词量较大，认识单词句子也翻译不够通顺，自己认识的单词量不足。
<2>视听说还是依旧听不太懂。自己对于单词的发音不太准确。
<3>快速阅读，我觉得自己做题比较少，对于我简单的题不能够完全做对那么难的题，就更别说了 所以以后还是多做一些英语练习题
5，语伴给我的建议（语伴的意思就是找一个和你一起学英语的小伙伴）
首先还是要多练习一下英语的发音。
单词的记忆依旧不能少。

英语的的学习是一个慢过程，需要自己不断的积累，练习，大胆的去发音
