ingredients,
1 A Frozen banana
2 two cups of frozen mixed berries
3 one date ( pitted)
4 a cup of unsweetened almond milk
Garnishes
1 a shredded coconut
2 dried strawberries
3 honey
4 chia seeds
5 blueberries
6 granola
7 cut bananas
STEPS
1 Put all the frozen ingredients, date and almond milk in the blender
2 Put more almond milk to make it easier to stir
3 put the mixture straight into the bowl
4 put the garnishes in the bowl
