临床试验-Tips：Post hoc与Ad hoc

最近TFL改完最后的Comments，准备最后递交时，统计师临时要求更新替换一批TFL的结果。新结果用于递交，旧结果单独作为Ad hoc分析进行保存。

工作中，常听到Post hoc与Ad hoc。这两者是什么含义呢？

Post hoc analyses

Any Tables, Figures and Listings (TFLs) which are not pre-planned, and which are intended for inclusion in the Clinical Study Report (CSR) or to support a statement(s) in the CSR, are considered post hoc TFLs.

Ad hoc analyses

Analyses that are not pre-planned or not intended for inclusion in the CSR are considered ad hoc.

两者都未提前计划，Post hoc结果会包含在CSR中，Ad hoc不会包含。

当这批Ad hoc TFL出完正准备交出去时，统计师反馈说这些TFL结果会放CSR中，这时候是否需要将分析改成Post hoc呢？如果需要更新成Post hoc， 之前分析文件夹名称、编程环境基础配置、TFL outptut number等等都需要重新设置。

最后讨论的结果是，因为刚接到这个Request时并不知晓结果会放入CSR中，所以任务就按照Ad hoc要求来，不再更新。

如果不是Timeline比较紧张，我个人倾向于更新为Post hoc来做。
