LIFE AND LEARNING

If you want to want to become successful, you must learn to struggle in the shadowland of dreams——a deep forest that can swallow up those who swing and hesitate. Only the determined stand a chance of making it.

I would keep putting my dream to the test ——even though it meant living with uncertainty and fear of failure. This is the Shadowland of hope, and anyone with a dream must learn to live there.

我会一直把我的梦想付诸实践——尽管这意味着生活充满了不确定性和对失败的恐惧。这是希望的阴影之地，任何有梦想的人都必须学会在那里生活。

从这篇文章告诉我们追梦的过程是艰苦的，孤独的，无助的，但是只要我们坚持自己的梦想，并坚持到底，相信会有成功的一天。

对前三周学习的反馈：

①每天坚持听力练习让自己听力有所长进，所以会坚持下去。

②虽然没有太多的时间看英文电影，可能并没有做到一周一部，但是会抽空看的。

③坚持每天背诵几个单词，时刻更新自己的词库。

Do you have anything that has a  special meaning for you?

      the most meaningful thing

I returned home last year to sorting things in my drawer which I hadn't opened in a long time, and then I saw an envelope. I had put it in the bottom of my drawer two years ago. It looks so ordinary. And it doesn't have a stamp on it, but it is the most important thing in my whole life. Because this is the first time that my mother and I begin to communicate with the heart. It was a parent's meeting in my high school. The head teacher asked  each of us to write a letter to our parents, and then he will ask our parents to reply. The head teacher's activity officially opened the door of my communication with my mother.After that, my mother was more willing to listen to my thoughts. So the letter is the most meaningful thing to me.
