Three days in a row, I felt I was eaten by the instant noodles, lao tang sour veggies noodle. Headache, exhaustion was following me all day long. Was I sick ? Maybe I was just lost the balance of nutrition.
In past 2 years , I stopped myself having those unhealthy and high-cost food. Why this time I failed? Because of laziness and money deprivation. It totally messed up my life. What should be done next?
Suddenly, the words said by someone hit my head. Learn how to cook, at least a handful of food you enjoy. It'll save your money , keep you healthier, and occasionally impress other people. Since it benefits me so much, why shouldn't I do with that?
But, the main problem is, I am sick of doing cooking. And what's even worse, I don't know the first thing about how to do it. If you are that person like me, taking my words for it, making dinner can often feel like a chore or punishment.
The rest of guys, madly in love in doing cooking, might say, what a lame excuse. I question you. Making food is just a piece of cake, no taking up much of time, no any complexity. You don't have to make the food in wow factor, or wonderful texture, amazing rainbow, only simple components in a regular flavor, it's done.
I have to say, buddy, I'm with you, you are right, on a serious note. Okay, let's do cooking, just simple components, easy step.

You can do the cooking? Seriously?Got any thoughts? Not so bad, right? Craving to eat? No for you guys getting pretty good at cooking.
Now, I'm here to show you that with a little planning, you can build it.
Super simple components, baked tofu, pork ribs, soy sauce and some salt.
Step 1:Removing the red blood on pork ribs by boiled water. Preparing the baked tofu at side.
Step 2: Burning pure water until boiling, then incorporating the ribs slowly inside the pot. For roughly 5 minutes.
Step3: Putting down all the baked tofu. Roughly 3 minutes aside.
Step 4: Adding some seasoning, sour sauce. It's going to give your recipe some texture and liven things up. Keep stewing 3 more minutes more.
Step 5: Going with the some salt. Regarding how much want to add, it's all your judgement.
So, that's all there is to it. Isn't it super easy to make. By preparing them yourself , you'll know exactly what's in them.
Baked tofu plus pork ribs, quite frankly, that's not my specialty . As said first, I have no idea how to do cooking. I just mixed it up then there it was.
Knowing how to cook, you're gonna have a better life. I just, dislike doing that. What's a tricky thing.
