Good afternoon, my teachers：

It’s my great honor to join the interview.My name is zheng Zhaozuou. I am an Information Security student at the computerScience School of China University of Geoscience.The major that I hope pursue for my further educationis Natural Language Processing ,especially in the field of recognition ofemotion.  During the past three years, I have learned professionalknowledge as well as tried out many different work and did a lot ofself-exploration to find out what I really enjoy and what I had to contribute.After understanding some project which is based on data science and learningabout its strong power and what amazing benefit can it bring to today world, Iam really looking forward to taking further study in such fields and realizeself-value

3、为什么选HIT，

当我意识到我想发展的方向是自然语言的时候，我就决定了自己要来哈尔滨工业大学，因为HIT在自然语言处理方面是国内很高水平，由于我的家人现在都生活在深圳，我也很想未来在深圳发展。

When I realized that the direction I wantto develop is natural language processing, I decided to come to HarbinInstitute of Technology, because HIT is in a very high level in naturallanguage processing (NLP)in China. and Since my family now live in shenzhen, Ialso want to develop in shenzhen in the future.

Wuhan University is my mother school.I havebeen deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere here, as one of the topuniversity in our country, it has many advanced research groups which haveoutstanding achievement, what's more, it provides people with enough studyresource to make them get further enrichment. I like this beautiful universityand I am willing to continue studying here.

Your understanding of the researchdirection.

自然语言处理(NLP)是计算机科学领域机器学习和人工智能的一个分支，它研究用自然语言实现人与计算机之间的有效沟通的各种理论和方法。

NLP is a subset of Machinelearning and artificial intelligence in the field of computerscience that studies various theories and methods that can realize theeffective communication between human and computer with natural language.

自然语言处理是一门集语言学、计算机科学和数学为一体的科学。

Natural language processing is a scienceintegrating linguistics, computer science and mathematics.

从研究内容来看，自然语言处理包括语法分析、语义分析、篇章理解等。从应用角度来看，自然语言处理具有广泛的应用前景。

From the perspective of research content,natural language processing includes grammatical analysis, semantic analysis,text comprehension, etc.From the perspective of application, natural languageprocessing has broad application prospects.

它涉及与语言处理相关的数据挖掘、机器学习、知识获取、知识工程、人工智能研究和与语言计算相关的语言学研究等。

It involves data mining related to languageprocessing, machine learning, knowledge acquisition, knowledge engineering,artificial intelligence research and linguistics related to language computing.

最终的目标是在人类交流(自然语言)和计算机理解(机器语言)之间架起一座桥梁。

The ultimate goal is to bridge the gapbetween human communication (natural language) and computer understanding(machine language).

我在自己的生活中学习机器学习，深度学习，NLP。我目前正在使用机器学习研究旅行安全。I am learning about machine learning 、deep

learning 、NLP in my own life. I am currently working onTrip Safety using machine learning.

5、未来5年，你觉得计算机哪一个行业的发展前景最好。

In the next 5 years, which industry do youthink has the best development prospects?

目前看来，肯定是火热的人工智能和深度学习了，全球从芯片到互联网几乎所有的行业巨头都正在把重心从“互联网”转向“人工智能”，都在向人工智能进军。深度学习是近年来人工智能研究领域最大的突破，也是当今科技界非常崭新、正在快速攀升、有重大影响力的前沿领域，是对传统计算模式的彻底颠覆，直接带来自下而上多个领域巨大变革的机会。

At present, it seems that intelligence anddeep learning are hottest. From the chip to the Internet, almost all theindustry giants are shifting their focus from "Internet" to"artificial intelligence", and they are all marching towardartificial intelligence. Deep learning is the biggest breakthrough in the fieldof artificial intelligence research in recent years.It is also a very new,fast-moving and influential frontier field. It is a complete subversion of thetraditional computing model, bringing great opportunity for change.

另外一个领域是区块链，区块链是安全、分布式、恒定的数据库，由分布式网络的各方所共享，这个数据库可以记录交易数据（可以是链上也可以是链下），审计起来也很容易。

The other one is Blockchain ，Blockchain is a secure, distributed, constant database

Shared by all parties to a distributed network that can record transaction data

(either up or down the chain) and is easy to audit.

作为比特币的的基础技术，区块链目前世界各地均在研究，可广泛应用于金融等各领域

As the basic

technology of bitcoin, blockchain is currently being studied around the world

and can be widely used in various fields such as finance

6、怎么管控自己的业余时间/主要时间（高频问题）

how to control their spare time / main time

现在一般都在实验室忙项目，或者在图书馆学习，休息的时候看看书看看电影，偶尔出去旅游。

Nowadays, I usually work in the lab, orstudy in the library. When I have a break, I read some books and watch a movie,and occasionally go out to travel.

7、最爱的课程（高频），最爱看的书，音乐等。

favorite courses (high frequency), favoritebooks, music, etc.

我觉得机器学习、密码学很有意思，因为他们能锻炼我的思维能力，

我认为编程珠玑这本书很棒，值得深入研究。

平时休闲时看的书很杂，都很喜欢，最近在看东野圭吾的《白夜行》，小说将无望却坚守的凄凉爱情描述得很完美

平时喜欢听李健的歌，听她们的歌曲我会感到开心

I think Machine learning , cryptography arevery interesting. Because they can exercise my thinking ability

I think the book, Programming Pearls, is great. It is worth studying in depth.

The books I usually read when I was atleisure are very mixed.I recently read Dong YeGuiWu’s .The novel perfectly describes the bleak love story of hopeless but persistent

I like to listen to Nokizaka46’s songs. it isa female group from Japan. I will feel happy and inspired to listen to theirsongs

8、你的Hobby

没有什么特别的爱好，平时喜欢看书看电影跑步，偶尔出去旅游。

I have no special hobby. I usually like toread books and watch movies, and occasionally go out to travel.

9、你的短期和长期目标。

我的短期目标是考上研究生，跟随老师一起做研究工作，长期目标是能够成为该领域有影响力的人，做出自己的奉献。

My short-term goal is to take apostgraduate degree and follow the teacher's research work. The long-term goalis to be able to become an influential person in the field and make his owndedication.

After graduating from master's degree, Ihope to engage in related research and development, I want to devoted myself insuch development work, give full play to my knowledge and expertise to make mycontribution to society.

10、你的优缺点。

我的优点是有好奇心，愿意学习新的东西，并且学得快，缺点是有点害羞，并且表达能力不好。

My strengths are full of curiosity. I liketrying new things and I learn new things fast. My weaknesses are a little shy,and poor expression of language.

I am from Changde,which is a beautiful cityfrom HuNanProvince, my father and my mother are very kind, The familyatmosphere is quite relaxed, they are doing small business, I am an only childin my family
